Great Island Discovery – Archipelago Sea Kayak Adventure

Embark on our guided day-long sea kayaking tour through the heart of the Finnish archipelago. Glide silently through tranquil sounds, past granite cliffs and sheltered bays. Here, nature unfolds like a panorama of forest, water and light. Sea eagles circle above you, dragonflies dance in the wind, and the archipelago reveals itself in all its rich abundance.

This tour is suitable for beginners as well as experienced paddlers — with safe guidance and consideration for wind, weather and waves. We will take a break (including an outdoor picnic) in sheltered lagoons, where you can swim in the sea, rest, take photos or simply experience the vastness.

After Dark Kayak – Midnight Sun & Starry Sky

When daylight fades and evening gently descends upon the archipelago, another world begins: the time of the White Nights. During the long summer days, the water glows in golden light, the sea seems endless, and the air feels quieter, deeper, more magical. Our night sea kayaking tour takes you silently through this special twilight atmosphere. Under the sky, where first the sun and then the stars begin their dance, paddling becomes meditation and movement becomes stillness in the vast blue. On clear nights, we open up the sky above the archipelago with Celestial Stories: constellations, cosmic tales and the Milky Way become part of your journey of discovery.

Information for guests – Sea kayaking tour procedure

Our paddling tours are not a sports programme – they are a journey into the tranquillity of the Finnish archipelago.

Our signature sea kayaking tours are deliberately small, personal and close to nature. We paddle in small groups, adapted to the weather, season and experience – always in harmony with the island world. Each tour is slightly different, as the archipelago determines the route.

Please note that wind and weather can affect the tour. Our guides choose routes according to your safety.

Suitable for beginners and experienced paddlers
Swimming skills and basic physical fitness required
Minimum age for kayaking tours is 12 years or a minimum height of 150 cm
Instruction by experienced guides
Swimming paddle vest & safety equipment included
Dress according to the weather (spring/autumn: water-repellent & windproof; in summer, a sun hat is important; swimwear if necessary)
