At the Nordic Archipelago Chef’s Table, we celebrate the natural beauty of the Finnish archipelago: the forests, the sea, and the changing seasons. Our menu is seasonal, terroir-driven, and “Forest & Sea to Table”—featuring ingredients that we forage, catch, or source from small-scale producers right here in the archipelago.

The evening begins in the island fores.
The sauna and löyly awaken the senses. Warmth, the scent of pine resin, and the sounds of the forest accompany the transition.
Those who wish may actively participate in the ritual; others begin the evening at their own pace—outside, on the veranda, or in a quiet spot in the forest.
A botanical aperitif accompanies this moment—for example, Birch & Meadowsweet Nordic Ferment or a herbal tea from the local area.
At 8:00 p.m., we gather at the communal table
One menu per evening—freshly prepared and served personally.
Foraging is an integral part of our cuisine: herbs, berries, mushrooms, and flavors from the forest and the sea determine what ends up on the table.
Our cuisine follows the rhythm of the island: whatever is currently growing, tasting good, and available.
Zero waste, respect for producers, and sustainability are important to us.
To wrap things up, let’s go out to the fire:
Dessert is served outdoors—under the open sky, in the light of the white nights, or under the stars.
Those who wish may linger by the fire for a moment and enjoy a digestif, accompanied by the aromatic scent of burning birch wood.
