BOOK A LOCAL FOOD DINNER

Our dinners are unique: we select a theme and create a multi-course menu based on regional products. Each dinner is different and varies according to the season and year. We introduce you to the ingredients and provide background information on the origin and preparation of each dish served during the dinner. Our guests come from near and far to experience our authentic regional cuisine. We always use wild ingredients to ensure the ultimate local dining experience.

We serve the dishes as a set menu for the entire group. Dinner usually starts at 6 p.m. and all courses are served at the same time. The evening lasts 3 hours and we prepare everything during the course of the evening.

We serve water, coffee, tea and a Woodtail (non-alcoholic aperitif from the forest) with the meal. We can cater for dietary requirements (vegan, meat-free, gluten-free, etc.) if we know in advance.

We also offer the experience as a private booking for dinner.

Public dinners cost €85 per person, unless otherwise stated (minimum number of participants: 4).

Private dinners are for a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 people and cost €120 per person (dates to be agreed individually).

Dinner: starts at 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. (this is a tasting menu that lasts 3 hours!)

Vegetarian versions of all dinners are available on request.

We offer gift vouchers for a unique experience for one or more special people (please send us a message).

You are also welcome to book an overnight stay with us.
