Woodcuisine - Forest dinner/ Cooking class 01.07.23 - 4:30 p.m

Have you ever cooked a gourmet meal? And that in the middle of the forest? Nice people, fresh ingredients, a finely set table in the island forest and Nordic hospitality - that's all you need for one of the most extraordinary cooking courses in Europe. At Kalliokumpu Eco Lodge we offer you a special culinary experience: together with you, the participants of our forest cooking course, we prepare a Finnish/Scandinavian menu in our Metsäkeittiö - our outdoor forest kitchen.

A variety of delicacies await you, inspired by the aromas of forest and sea. Enjoy natural ingredients and let yourself be enchanted by unique creations and loving preparation methods. Under our guidance we will cook a menu with you consisting of four to five courses (including non-alcoholic drinks) in our Metsäkeittiö/ outdoor forest kitchen in the island forest. Depending on the season, we also collect ingredients and aromas ourselves on a tour of the forest.
