About the event
Yoga in the sauna? Yes, not only in Helsinki, but also here. Rebecca is a certified SaunaYoga trainer and will guide you through a 45-minute training session. Sauna Yoga is done in a sauna heated to 55°C - 60°C. For the SaunaYoaga training, please bring shorts and a light tank top or t-shirt.
