We use what the island provides — respectfully, fully, and without waste. Each meal tells a story.

To accompany the evening, we offer a carefully curated selection of wines, local beers, and Nordic drinks — alongside our own in-house ferments and forest infusions, inspired by the landscape around us.



ISLAND BREAKFAST
A quiet beginning.
Mornings unfold slowly on the island.
Fresh bread, homemade jams, berries, herbs, warm porridge,
and carefully selected local ingredients.
Served with coffee or tea —
as the light moves through the pine trees
and the island wakes.
ARCHIPELAGO DINNER
An evening like in an old archipelago home.
A daily changing 3-course menu inspired by traditional dishes from the Turku Archipelago and southwestern Finland.

With our signature experience, we celebrate the natural beauty of the Finnish archipelago: the forests, the sea, and the changing seasons.
The evening begins in the forest or in the sauna—with warmth, tranquility, and a botanical aperitif made from the island’s herbs.
At the communal table, a menu unfolds that is exclusive to this evening.
The food is prepared right before your eyes—using what the island provides: herbs, berries, mushrooms, fish—ingredients we gather, catch, or source from small producers in the archipelago.
The cuisine follows the seasons.
To conclude, we move outside to the fire.
Dessert under the open sky, accompanied by the scent of wood, the sounds of the forest, and the vastness of the evening sky.

ARCHIPELAGO COOKING EXPERIENCE

In our island kitchen, we don’t just eat—we cook together. During the day, in tune with the island’s rhythm.
In our Cooking Experiences, we create classics of Finnish archipelago cuisine and offer a fantastic opportunity to explore the culture and traditions of the archipelago in a creative and flavorful way.
You’ll learn simple techniques, ingredients, and combinations that you can take home with you—as recipes and as a sense of the archipelago’s cuisine.
There’s chopping, stirring, and tasting.
No pressure, no need for perfection.
The focus is on spending time together:
cooking, chatting, laughing.
At the end, we sit down together at the table
and taste what we’ve created.
